+1 for a Mushi, I want another game with modes or difficulty levels like in Deathsmiles. I want challenge and I don't want loops ! I would be perfectly happy with a Ketsui that works this way.emphatic wrote:Yes, or Mushihime-III (non-puzzle). Preferrably not a prequel, they're young enough as it is.jpj wrote:certainly out of all their games, a guwange 2 or ketsui 2 would be the most interesting prospect :D
(but i fear loli overdose and cheap 3D graphics will be the future... )

Considering the current loli trend, Ketsui 2 would certainly have lolis in it somewhere. Just look at DFK: girl bosses that you undress during their death animationsjpj wrote:certainly out of all their games, a guwange 2 or ketsui 2 would be the most interesting prospect

i actually like that poster.....it looks cool....come on....robo-girl in school girl uniform crushing a shipjpj wrote:i know what you mean. that stage 4 boss on DFK looks so ridiculous and out of place, i cringed the first time i saw it. same story with the DFK poster to be honestshockingly bad

i couldnt agree more, DFK is a brilliant game and i enjoy it immensly but the charater design is some of the worst and most out of place i have ever seen in any game.jpj wrote:i know what you mean. that stage 4 boss on DFK looks so ridiculous and out of place, i cringed the first time i saw it. same story with the DFK poster to be honestshockingly bad
Hah. I wish. That's way out of my cost range. I played it a bit at a meet-up a while back. Afterwards I started looking into the game fairly hardcore. Needless to say, I'm purchasing a Japanese Xbox 360 partially due to the fact of its porting. I even paid the ridiculous going rate for the Death Label so I could have something to kill the wait.jpj wrote:ibara's fantasticdifficulty curve is pretty steep, and there's a few obtuse scoring tricks to learn, but once everything clicks into place it's a really satisfying game
do you own ketsui yourself?

Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?
I think you're probably right.Strider77 wrote:I think it's really hard to, and not actually correct, to vote for a game you've never played.
Maybe a lot don't vote for it b/c they've never touched it. That would be my case. I'm not saying it doesn't live up to expectations, I've just never got to lay my hands on it.

i'm sure you're right. to quote myself from the opening post:Strider77 wrote: Maybe a lot don't vote for it b/c they've never touched it. That would be my case.

Or their wallets... for the next several months anyway.Although I respect and appreciate folks honestly, if Ketsui isn`t at least in the top 25 then that would be a very sad reflection on a) the `English` speaking import Shooting Game scene and b) the `English` speaking Shooting Game import market.
