EDIT - OBviously this is Medium Unit only thread now.

Hey nice scores :D
I tried to play Medium Unit once again recently.. it is surprising how different the game feels to Revision, even though they look the same.

To Kaiser, I guess spadgy's score is for Psyvariar Revision, especially since there is no XA stage in this game ;)

That's right - If I remember correctly, I entered that score when this thread covered both Medium and Revision...

Hope you're well by the way Smraedis - I hear I missed you at Casino arcade recently...

Yeah, I was at Casino not long ago, got a new best on Progear there too. Am feeling good enough, just too busy lately, and I'll be down again soon too.

To third_strike, I didn't really try to learn the bosses, though I may do now. I kept on trying to clear the 6B route here, so didn't bother with learning the bosses at the time.

Since the arcade version has no roll button (?), I think this is played the painful way.

Not exactly, if you don't have any bombs in ARCADE ver. You can hold Bomb button to Roll :O!

Well, SWY had bombs throughout his whole credit, so that means he didn't use the rollbutton, but thanks for the tip, I didn't know that.

Thanks! At least I will try.
Only for note I would like of to post the end stage bonus in this game, if you don't know:

Code: Select all

================================================
RESULT

DESTRUCTION RATE
% (of destroyed enemies in stage)

DESTRUCTION BONUS
% (of destroyed enemies in stage) x10,000

MAX BUZZ CHAIN
number of buzz done in sequence in stage

TOTAL BUZZ
number of buzz done in stage

BUZZ BONUS
(max buzz chain x 500) + (Total buzz x 500)

TOTAL
Destruction bonus + buzz bonus
================================================

Enhasa - 18,715,560 - All 6B - 117 - PS2

I wonder why this board got split, it's not like there were too many players. :( BTW Kaiser when you update, Spadgy's score can be removed since it's Revision.

Proof that this board is too empty: I'm first. :lol:

Enhasa - 20,839,510 - All 6B - 137 - PS2

This is (no roll) btw, I forgot to say that last time. Dunno if I'll try Revision or 2 next.
