That's Opus 13, from Dracula X: The Rondo of Blood's OST (PC Engine Version). http://vgmdb.net/album/2938

A song from that OST called "Slash" is mistakenly titled "Opus 13" on the first Dracula Battle album, incidentally. http://vgmdb.net/album/552

It's on PCE CD. And PSP on the Drac X chronicles.
Don't hold grudges. GET EVEN.

Magic Engine is an EMU that costs $15, and it plays Drac X virtually spot on (I can't see any issues). There's a free EMU called Ootake, and it too plays the game seemingly spot on, but it lacks the number of options of Magic Engine.

I second MagicEngine; the game plays perfectly on it.
15 bucks isn't much for the best EMU I've ever used. (MAME aside)

Awesome game BTW.

MagicEngine totally rocks indeed.

This might not be much help, but if for whatever reason you have a Japanese Wii, this game is on the Virtual Console there for like 800 yen. Great bargain.
