I was watching the latest episode of Game Centre CX on Sky on Friday night and the matey visited this arcade in Kawasaki (?) where he played a moving Space Harrier and Super Hang-on. This arcade also had loads of other blinding looking games from my childhood including:
Moving Hang-on.
Moving Super Hang-on.
Moving OutRun.
Moving Afterburner 2.
Moving Rad Mobile.
Super Monaco GP.
Multi-screened Darius.
And more?
This afternoon I went straight to `Kawasaki` because I was getting very aggressive. After much hunting I managed to find this place. A huge arcade very near to the station. The interior was like being on a set of a Games Master. My heart sank after a proper look around because all I could see unusual was a twin Daytona 2.
I asked a worker where Space Harrier was and he then walked me to a couple of Afterburner Climax`s. Dickhead. I asked him to fetch the manager. I told the manager about last night`s Game Centre CX episode to which he was aware. He confirmed that those machines were no longer there on site and started banging on about Saitama but I didn`t understand hardly anything apart from "Co co im ma ari masen" and "Saitama bollox bollox." He did apologise to be fair but I felt proper messed about by the programme and/or the arcade. I asked him for his business card and he kindly obliged.

To know that the programme was to air and then to have the star attractions removed the next day was very Japanese and almost laughable.
I wonder if any Japanese readers here could visit this site and find out where their Saitama branch is.
Cheers.
