Please post scores for this game in the new high score thread. Thanks!




3 lives, 2 bombs, Turbo Mode ON (I think that's the default). I know that LLS doesn't seperate scores by types, and I don't care.

If a particular character/shot-type is missing a score board, one only needs to ask and they shall receive. Just post a score for that character/shot-type when doing so.

I dunno, I've been doing relatively well on Phantasm, seeing that I just unlocked it yesterday. I've made it to Yukari's 7th card, after all.

Go for it. My normal score won't count since I used extra lives to get through Normal (kinda sucks too, because I finished with more than enough lives, it was a pretty good run), but I'm working on beating Extra stage! :D

I didn't know it even counted slowdown, I assume this is an end-of-game thing. If you have that, go right on and post it at the end of score entries. I'll update the first post with that.

Well yeah, but wouldn't a slowdown percentage that high mean that the player is playing Slow Mode?

In the Perfect Cherry Blossom thread, a slowdown rate of over 10% isn't permitted. Perhaps you should come up with a limit for this game as well?

An LLS board sweet! Though, from reading the stuff in this thread, my old score is ineligible. I didn't know the game counted slow down, and apparently the copy I got was set to SlowMode as default, so I've got to redo the run. :cry:

On the other hand, the score I got last time is still on the game's scoreboard, so it doesn't completely disqualify Slow runs in-game.

An earlier coservative Hard clear didn't yield much of a score, what surprise. Suiciding for bombs, on the other hand...
Nah, that's overdoing it, maybe. If I didn't spend them on bosses I wouldn't be going through that to have some in stock for certain portions of the stage.

So-so of the good sort until reaching her second last phase which was responsible for half the misses and bombs. What the hell is that, pixel perfect dodging?

Far too careless, and all it lands is a slap on the wrist. Four misses to bodyslams, two to new territory against Reimu.

Time to fiddle around with the config again. Stage six Yuka's background made the controls so volatile it was a miracle I made it out alive. Only her second(?) phase with the periodic small taps was doable. Her second last phase looks like a good spot to save up lives and spam bombs. I wouldn't have considered trying if it weren't for the inability to navigate the wave that comes right before.

I seems you can rack up nearly 1mil per bomb usage at that 2nd last part of the final boss. I think it's a boss worth suiciding for rather than saving up.

Anyway, lgb, there seems to have been a mistake. That score I posted up before was my Reimu.B score. Here is my real (and new) Reimu.A score.

Anyway, Heartbeam, I didn't seem to have any problems w/ the final boss. Maybe it's probably the way I have anex86 set up. Even with all the background effects going on, it still maintained a really smooth 54(or 60)FPS thoroughout the game, thus no control issues.

Other than the obvious difficulty setting, score, and slowdown do you not have to submit this information whenever you post a score. I asked TranceHime and provided this so that not only I, but others could at least try to figure out what all this meant.

Normal - ReimuA - 54,506,320 - All - 1.23% (ugh.. the game ran smoothly for me >_<) -
screen

- I've tried bombing twice on stage 3, where lots of enemies appear in vertical rows (there are two of these waves in this stage)
- Also bombed twice on stage 4 (where groups of dolls appear simultaneously)
- died on stage 6's Yuka's second-to-last pattern in order to get more bombs, then spent two bombs, died again, spent two more bombs and got past this pattern (was afraid of losing too much end-of-stage bonus, which ended giving me roughly 4.5~5 million points; haven't tried spending more bombs on it yet)

Might as well post my normal scores as well.

I don't remember which shot type is which for the characters (and they really aren't all that different, scorewise), but I do have the scores for each of the four types (obviously, the top two scores for each character), so...

All scores are from Normal Difficulty, and let's approximate 1% slowdown...
