lilmanjs: If you check MAWS for TGM, http://www.mameworld.net/maws/romset/tgmj , you will see that it also requires the cpzn2 bios.

PUZZLI!

Oh oh what a completely addictive little game, and more so if you have somebody to play against you. Very puzzle based, rather than arcadey style block manipulation - some later levels have only one solution and you have to read ahead very far to get there. Really deep mechanics and good combo potentionals

its also got good characters in it such as

fish - lots and lots of em
a cat
mermaids
Seals with lights on their heads.
and

DINNER SHARKS!!! (I dont like the dinner sharks)

not many people have heard of, or played it much, but I've been on and off it for about 10 years now and its a fave to leave on in the mame cab.

Whilst loading mame, I accidentally ran Pururin instead, and gave it a good go. Nearly dismissing it as pants, it turned otu to be one fo the best arcade puzzlers too... unique style of game and great for hiscoring potential. 2 player mode is a riot as you can bugger it all up easily.

This thread is going to be essential in convincing my girlfriend that buying two Astro City cabs was NOT a bad idea. So far Super Puzzle Fighter is the only game I have that she likes.

I recall when Battle Balls was available for play at my local arcade back in 1994. Awesome arcade puzzler for it's time. ^_~

I do have an SP1 mobo and USA region cart of Battle Balls to play at anytime I wish. ^_~

Sweet, thanks for the heads up!
Does anybody know what Master Ranking Time is? It shows up on the game over screen but I have no idea what it's supposed to tell me...

PS: PLAY THIS GAME
PPS: Death Mode is crack
