Had my B-day on the 24th.... turned 32. Still waiting for the day I grow up and dislike games. Well not really, I played through Contra Hard Corps at 4:30 am last night.
Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?

Eugenics: you know it's right!

I'm turning 24 today. I'm not old, but I'm noticing that real life obligations are slowly taking away my gaming time. With each passing year I have less and less time to devote for games, and it's just getting worse. I remember GP and elvis commenting that they barely have time to play games anymore, and I feel that I'm reaching that point too. That makes me feel old.
That's just how life is, but I miss the days I could play games all day long without worries.

I suspect the slightly higher average age around here is what makes the community civil and most debates interesting. So there ya, there's some positive in aging too!
I think the biggest change is the fact I've dropped 800.00 on a PCB/game ect. I would have NEVER dreamed of doing that or being able to.
That and I would have never imagined owning arcade games that I loved back then like AvP ect.

I turn 32 in April, and I don't feel old, except for the occasional issue w/ my knees & back, but that's more hereditary than anything. Part of it is that I need to get off my backside & exercise
I'll be 40 later this year, and I have no intention of ever stopping playing games. As long as I have reflexes that are up to it, eyes that can see and fingers that work, I'll be here.
