PC Engine/TurboDuo S-Video modding

Anyone have any idea where I can get the above mentioned systems S-Video modded. I saw sometime ago some guy was doing them and he was also selling them but I never recieved a response from him. Any input is appreciated.

Back on the ye olde Shmups.com forums, fellow shmupper "Tech God" Matt Ross would perform such cool S-Video and RGB mods on the classic PC Engine/ PC Engine Duo/Turbo Grafx-16/Turbo Duo consoles for a resonable fee. Since he no longer does those kind of services, you'd have to look elsewhere for that kind of speciality services.

Matt has said in the past that do an RGB mod job on the PCE Duo or Turbo Duo is pretty tricky as they're both tempermental in the output levels. Best left done to a pro who knows what they're doing. ^_~
