Games You Are Replaying
Currently: Zone of the Enders 2
My third time playing actually. Pretty fun game. I played this back when it was released and was very impressed by the mech design and graphics. My only complain is that the camera can get wild sometimes with things moving so fast.
Before: Gradius Gaiden
I don't seem to get tired of playing this as it is my 30th or so 1cc clear. I got the idea of replaying ZoE2 after this. Just can't get enough of the Viper.
Planned: Devil May Cry 3
I love the DMC series and 3 is the high point of the series for me. Next time I play this will be my 4th time, and I'm still looking forward to it. It might be a while before I lay my hands on it again since I have a bunch of new stuff coming (GoW1&2 and Onimusha Essentials.)

A little while ago I replayed most of Half-Life, when it came out for 98 cents on Steam. Great stuff there.
I have a game of Chrono Trigger going on zsnes but I haven't touched it in a little while now. Replaying that for the first time in a few years.

"I think Ikaruga is pretty tough. It is like a modern version of Galaga that some Japanese company made."
Currently replaying Tales of Symphonia in anticipation for the sequel.
Also Turok 2. Personally, I think the levels are too exhaustively long and frustrating for their own good, but I think the game becomes a lot more enjoyable once you already have a vague idea of where to go and how to do everything.

Of course, that's just an opinion.

Mario vs Donkey kong ... After playing through the entirety of Donkey Kong for GB. Looove it

If more 2D people would go to the 2D Gaming Forum, there would be more people to talk about 2D games with other 2D fans on the tootie gaming forum. It's 2Dlicious. For real yall

Pokemon Gold [GBC].
2nd run, and I still haven't learned that not leveling up your Pokemon equally will make the Elite Four a bitch. Seriously, the only 2 Pokemon I have that will stand a chance are a Pidgeot, and that red Gyrados.

Come check out my website, I guess. Random stuff I've worked on over the last two decades.

I replayed my gameboy games many many many times as a kid because in those days I'd get a new game maybe twice a year.
More recently, the only games I can think of that I replayed were RE4 for PS2, FFT for PSP, and Lumines for PSP. For FFT I did the Ramza only challenge and for Lumines I was going for 999,999 or whatever but reached 8XX,XXX and called it good.

BTW did you know there is a new Thief 2 multiplayer patch? It's beta and buggy, but very promising!

Just replayed Super Mario Land for the original Gameboy. Damn good time. I was just getting tired of Onimusha 2 and its backtracking BS. I should replay the original Wario Land someday too. What a true classic. Not like all the shitty newer easy ass Wario platformers with fail gimmicks. What a fall from grace...

Mega Man 1-6, again and again and again and....
Yeah I can't stop playing them now, making up for 20 years of never being able to play them.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/merftyc86w4pt ... n.txt?dl=0 My game collection so far
I mostly replay my SNES youth classics.
Super Mario World
Zelda: A Link To The Past
Donkey Kong Country
I usually completed these games on the SNES a couple of times, then later when I discovered emulation, and then again when they got GBA ports. It´s like revisiting my youth over and over again, a great feeling. I think even if I´m completely sick of gaming one day, I will still play these games from time to time, this is how much they are engraved in my brain.
So I´m actually glad Nintendo is selling these games over and over
(Even if the DKC country GBA port is pretty horrible looking and sounding compared to the SNES original... at least it plays fine!)

Ah, and this of course, I completely forgot. The funny thing is that you can actually beat it within 20 minutes or so. It´s the first game I´ve ever beaten AND the first shmup-experience I´ve ever had - I remember being "in the zone" the first time when I battled the last bossUnscathedFlyingObject wrote:Just replayed Super Mario Land for the original Gameboy.
