RQ: G-Darius; alpha-beaming Tripod Sardine C

Post by Skyknight »

Has anyone found ANY way to get this thing destroyed via counter beam? Even if the head is destroyed the moment I fully absorb the Beta Beam, the energy orb blocks the alpha beam for almost the entire duration...

You shouldn't be there (C zone), for a reason of score :?

At any case, you should prepare the laser and Sardine's head so that at the very start of its beta beam, you destroy the head by absorbing its laser. Then, move up so it will shoot the ball at an odd angle and it won't block your laser. If you're *very* quick, you should be able to damage it to death before it can throw another ball.
Chomsky, Buckminster Fuller, Yunus and Glass would have played Battle Garegga, for sure.

Well, there IS the matter of Zach Keene's all-thirty-bosses-in-Boss-Rush challenge...

Ehr, ok, key thing though: don't try to land very late hits, dodge as soon as you can and start shooting again as soon as you can (i.e. as soon as the ball is gone, place immediately yourself in front of the right point). It requires a lot of timing, so good luck...
