Hope somebody can help (in fact I'm sure a link to the info I need has been posted before but I cant find it) -
I've recently bought a Sigma RGB cable (from a UK seller not from MAK).
It is wired for UK Scart not JPN but only gives a dark scrambled picture.
Does anybody have the pinouts for the RGB din plug and the correct scart pin connections.
Alternatively somebody may know from the pinouts below what the the problem is -
Actual scart pins connected -
Pin 7 - Blue
Pin 11 - Green
Pin 15 - Red
Pin 2 - Audio R
Pin 6 - Audio L
Pin 20 - Sync in
Pin 18 - Blanking ground
Pin 16 and 8 are connected to each other with resistor in-line
I have borrowed an Arcade Heaven Supergun which works fine and it has the following scart pins connected -
Pin 7 - Blue
Pin 11 - Green
Pin 15 - Red
PIN 17 - Sync ground
Pin 20 - Sync in
Pin 16 - Blanking (with a resistor in-line).
The sound comes from an internal speaker within the supergun.
