Mode 7 was 1st with a 10mil+ 2-2 - I can't remember? But its on his site, on his own personal High Score Listing.
I'll dig up my old score, which was 6mil+/last Boss.
there's a Cyvern Maniax Guide & Mode 7's advice was to keep your max medal chain going because the key to success on this game is the Extra Lives at every 1mil.

What is this Cyvern Maniax Guide you speak of? If the key is extra lives at a million, I'm screwed. It took a lot of work just to get to one freaking million, let alone multiples of said amount of points. *head explodes*
