Hello folks,

thought it was about time I joined up here and say Hi - so er . . . Hi ! :)

not really that into shmups - not like you hardcore lot, as i'm mainly a fighting game fan but I do like the odd tinker with one every so often, especially Guwange and ESP RaDe (unfortunately only on the evil emulators at the moment :P)

so yea hello to those who I know and to those I dont know, well I hope to get to know you soon

the very same, tho to be fair i only have two astros nowdays (egret2s are much easier to find 8) ) :)

@ Sven, yep that was me, although both the Aero tables have had new owners for some years now, Superpang has one, and another guy (not sure if he's a member here) has the other. yea Egrets can be found pretty easy, not that that is a bad thing as you can't beat a good Nanao regardless if its in a new Astro or an Egret 2

@ Dave - Planet Harriers, soooo cool, hows the game play ? would love to hear your thoughts on it, I know of one of those for sale in the UK actually but alas i've never played it. Congrats on the upcoming Wedding 8) but I do hope GaijinPunch isn't right and that it puts an end to the legendary shmup meets you've hosted in the past (I think I saw some pics on either arcadefever or BYOAC when I was "passing through" it was one or the other i'm sure)

You guys should check out the forum Meg hangs out in - http://www.we-play-games.com/ . Its a relatively new place where a few interweb acquaintances post but they just added some shit hot new features. I just started a blog if anyone gives a shit :D
