PS2 Densha De Go and Jet Deo Go questions...

Post by dave4shmups »

With the money I'll get from the Wii, I may buy a Japanese PS2 (as I mentioned before, the Swap Magic tools are way too complicated for my model of Slim PS2), and I'm VERY interested in these two series, as I love aviation and Japanese trains. But-how much Japanese do these games require? I saw one called "Shinkansen", and it looks awesome, but, again, I don't know about any language barriers.

You can pick up Densha de Go with no Japanese knowledge at all unless you really want to read the names of the stations, a little bit of train sense helps though.

Ok cool, thanks! I did find a video of a Jet de Go PS2 game on YouTube, and it's mostly English-I had forgotten that English is the international air traffic control language!

Isn't there a region free PS3 version?
This industry has become 2 dimensional as it transcended into a 3D world.
