It's not so bad if you go after 10:00 PM.
You mean when all the freshly baked bread is sold out and you can only get old stuff or bake off???

Only thing you'd see me in a grocery store for at that time is to get some booze.

[open new topic subject] We want to get a new puppy. No specific kind, just a mixture of sorts. Someone show us a bonafide breeder or seller [/close new topic subject]
May I suggest a Queensland Heeler type of breed? They are comprised of three different breeds to begin with. They do reqiure ample space to run/roam around in when fully grown though... ^_~
Id like to suggest you go to the pound & actually SAVE a dog from certain death.

Actually, Id like to suggest that everyone here who can, go to a local pound & save a life & gain the best friend youll ever have.
Who knows, maybe your new dog friend can play hella shmups!?

At least click on my sig & feed a rescue animal. BTW I get nothing if you do but satisfaction...
You get my THANKS!

Most Americans typically buy store-bought bread loaded with preservatives. We like to sacrifice flavor and nutritional value for convenience. Just another reason why we're the #1 superpower.

I actually click on that whenever I read a thread that you posted in. Is a page view really worth 0.6 bowls of food? What are they feeding those animals?

On behalf of mistreated dogs everywhere, Thanks for the click!

If you scroll down to the middle & the bottom of the page after you click you get some graphs on where the food (?) comes from & goes.

Heres another link to the "results" page...

Again, thanks... :D

Super Powers tend to come and go... remember the Roman empire? Or the British one?

Americans should treat themselves to the good stuff (as in freshly baked bread) more often. It´s like consuming quality instead of quantity.

Done so a few times for the first time today. Good cause!
And on the subject of getting a dog through one of those places...
I do feel bad for the dogs in the pound and hope they get a good life after all. However when getting a new housemate/pet/friend prefer to see it grow up from a little ball of fur to an old and happy dog.

I do donate to our local pet asylum though...
And am on the list to be called on for when they need people to help out.

Price is another factor; healthy food is a lot more expensive. It's probably cheaper in the long run (less health complications), but yeah, eating mass-produced junk is unfortunately the cheapest and easiest way to go in the US. Health food does seem to be on the rise, though.

As for being a superpower, we're probably already on the decline.

When reading a few threads Shatterhand linked to in the 2D Forum, I came across this awesome quote by Stuart Campbell:
