Stupid statement. The choices are actually:

1.) Stay on board and shut your mouth
2.) Quit
3.) Quit AND sue the company

How could you stay on board the company AND sue it?

Show up to work, co-worker yells, "Hey, Itagaki, so how's the lawsuit against us going?"

Tecmo fucked up. This guy made their company some serious money and they treat him like shit...

His next few action games will lack the big marquee name but, I'm willing to bet, that Tecmo's next few action games will lack in the quality department.
