dunno them guys what what about the father of the main character/and boss of what seemed like everyhting in Evangelion? he even has his hands clasped together while he plots suggestions a very high level of plotting. He was fucking with gods product though not from personal exprience but im guessing it would require a lot of thought.

Anyway the solution to the problem, read: reduce the number of people whom lost self-faith. Connect to the earliar part (why people like him lost self-faith), not the later part (why he gone rampage).

Also, Asahi reports that the police have announced that all the bystanders that tried to save the people that got stabbed should go for a blood test, because one of the males that died had an unnamed disease that can possibly spread by direct contact with his blood.

Tuberculosis is a pretty big problem in Japan, if only for old people. AIDS not as much, though as recent as two years ago there was a swarth of new cases of that, through official means. Independent reports say it's bigger though I doubt that more than the single digits in Akihabara is infected with it.

So people survive the attack, but got infected with an incurable decease due to blood of one of the victim...

I thought there was a saying that "bad things never come twice", well this is in fact not true.
