Vespa mishap :(

Post by popawell »

To any of you out there who tailgate often, ITS BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH. I was too close to a car that had to slam on the brakes because some fancy red sports car cut in front of it. Me not paying attention + 25 miles an hour + tailgating + stopped car = ow.
Kinda interesting how the front plate acts like a spring board, and it ended up 10 feet behind where I was dumped onto the ground. :?
More or less just reporting in that I'm still in one piece minus some cuts and bruises. My helmet is probably the reason why I have a bruise on my head instead of a concussion. :o

Good to hear you are doing okay. Tail gating in a scooter takes some balls of steel though.

I heard that steel shreds like paper when it impacts at certain speeds.

Good to know you had your helmet. Otherwise we'd be reading the posts of a dead man.
