That video is vomit inducingly horrible. Guess it is kind of funny to see a Toaplan game in a pop video.
The song is pretty dross too. Weezer easily peaked with the Green Album, but everything they've done since has been pretty crap. Maladroit had some fun bits on it, but it was a huge dissapointment.

Yes, yes he does.Tempest wrote:Jesus, Rivers really need to get rid of that mustache.
I'm just hoping the album isn't another "Mak Believe". Green was shallow but fun, and I understood where Maladroit was coming from, but Make Believe made me sick. There was some good stuff in there, but I couldn't stand to look at it.

To me, Green Album was so shallow it took out most of the fun for me. Every song seemed to follow a very rigid "Verse, Chorus, verse, Chorus, solo that sounds like Chorus, Verse, Chorus" archetype that made most of the album feel constructed as opposed to being recorded. Almost all the songs that weren't singles just kind of flowed together in a pile of "Meh" in terms of songwriting and execution.Damocles wrote: I'm just hoping the album isn't another "Mak Believe". Make Believe had well done guitar solos and a return (albeit very short) of the harmonica. Two very good things in my opinion.
