I was wondering if any of you guys know of a way to capture screenshots of anime video files...
I just got someone to do anime reviews for my site and I need to figure out a way to d this asap. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're using Windows Media Player-
Options>Performance>Advanced
Uncheck 'Use overlays'. You can now take a screenshot normally (Print Screen, then paste).
now tighter than your sister

Yeah. You could also go into your Display Properties, open up your Advanced Options, and under the Troubleshooting tab, turn your Video Acceleration option all the way down. This will allow you to take shots from other sources, too (PowerDVD, for example).
