Queens English I've always found to be very attractive. Also, English spoken by women with an Irish or Scottish accent... Those will make me weak in the knees quick =)

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned English spoken by a sexy Australian girl. Also, I agree with Brazillian Portugese and surprisingly, a southern belle accent (but not black or ghetto).
