Ether Vapor

Could someone help me figure something out, re: Ether Vapor's weapons? I just discovered that the Lock On weapon has a third mode (manual targeting: hold Lock On button + any other button for an aiming reticule). Is there a complete list of weapon commands somewhere, in case there are further modes I'm missing (I've tried out a few other commands but haven't found anything further)?

edit: oops, never mind. Now that I read the thread more carefully I see worstplayer already mentioned this third mode.

I dont even know what kind of graphics card i have ...this comp was given to me but i think its about a decade old.Ohwell...ill just put my efforts into becomming decent at BWR.Thanks for your help.

Want to resurrect this thread for a great game. This is what should be on PSN right now instead of Soldner X. Im still not sure about that game.

I just updated to the latest patch 1.04, anybody knows what kind of improvements were made? Also does anybody else get ------ (undelines) in place of what would be Japanese text. How do i view it, is there an English patch? Would love to understand the story.

I think there is an english translation (you can read the script at the VN translation project) but it was released before 1.04 so I don't know if it's compatible anymore.

To view the kanji, run the game with Applocale or japanese settings.

And yeah, this game rocks. Pity Edelweiss is going to release an action game later (Fairy Bloom Freesia), using the same engine but with improved graphics.

Yup great game. Music is very well done too especially the ocean stage theme. Heh, good thing lawnspic resurrected this; I think I'm gonna play EV right now... ^_^

Just acquired Ether Vapor, and I'm still not too sure on how I feel about it. Seems a little bland, to me.
