problems with Taito Type-X /Raiden III

I cant start my type x
all connections are corrects I think (I use sega converter2 in a atomiswavw sd cab)

some people can help me please?

whats the red switch near the connector?

what happens when you hook it up?, does the Type-X mobo atleast start up? (it takes about 3-4mins to boot atleast!)

if you have an AW cab you should wire the picture output straight from the DVI to the VGA on the chassi.
