It is NOT a licensing issue, but rather the choices they have made. Send them an email and ask if there is a Voume 3 in the planning stage and what you want in it and they might even consider it. PS2 sales continue to be strong and since most of their development is now focused on next-gen, this would be a easy product for them to consider.
i think AvP is a license issue and un squadron since it's based after an anime, area 88.

Well, Carrier Airwing is the only one out of the bunch that's not licensed for sure, so that leaves hope for a future Capcom Collection Volume 3 with it included!
