Gate of Thunder-Keep losing my focus.

Does anyone else have a hard time processing all the data on screen at once due to the backgrounds being visually similar to the foreground objects? I love the game but visually everything seems to blend together because the backgrounds are just as bright and saturated as the foregrounds. I'm not saying anything bad about the artwork, just that the sprites all have the same visual presence.

You mean everything blends in, like similar colored bullets?

I mean that all the sprites blend into the background visually on the "indoor" levels.
