Hi Folks
First of all, I really like shmups, though I have to admit I rarely play them a long time (also, I'm not that good at them generally and lack the motivation for playing the same 5 levels for over a month just to become better..) but I think there might eb a chance for my newest shmup I bought, which is Gigawing generations, mostly because there's a score attack mode, that let's one play one level a time (which is truly a blessing for playing the last few stages). So since you already have a highscore ranking here, I wanted to ask, if there's some good score translation for PAL/JP. Since I onla have the pal version and the JP version shows the score diffrently I never really got, how I rank compared to your scores.
I dunno whether PAL also gives more points or if JP just leaves out some zeros in the score, but I counted the digits and (if I didn't miscount) I found that I have mostly one digit more in my score (but from the vid from Rob I saw, I know he plays much better, so I can't have scored more, really) so I wondered if someone knows th differnce betweeen the scores and if/how one translated into the other.
Thanks
Peace
Ruven

I probably will, really fun shmup...
btw do you have any tips for stage 4 or 5? I usually die in stage 4, just too many bullets everywhere and almost every enemy is shooting like 500 more or something, really hard...
and yes, the score really goes up quite fast...I tried to do more reflecting etc. and almost had a score about 3 to 4 times higher than my previous ones...really sweet
