Wow, not bad for a first score allet!
Plasmo, of course bug scores would be flagged or separated into another table. I still consider it a challenge to even get to the bug conditions under default settings.
(yeah I suck)
I don't know if you all have tried "multiply" mode, but its basically the same thing as the extend bug...making me wonder if what EOJ postulated is true, in that maybe this was intentional? I'd really like to find out what a "fixed" board entails.

I agree, it's not a good policy. I never require pictures in my high score threads. Besides, the people posting in this thread are known members, they would not make up their scores. And even if they did, who the fuck cares? It's a score competition for FUN. If you can't understand that, you shouldn't make high score threads or post scores. And anyone who would make up a score is a sad loser, and they would be easy to spot anyway.the allett wrote:Why do we have to submit pictures anyway? Its not like were getting WR scores. Plus would anybody realy lie about a score??
Saying people should deactivate their high score saving on their boards just so you can take a picture of your score (and if you don't, your score won't be posted here) is a pretty nonsensical thing to suggest as well.
For the record, I don't object to having a policy that unknown players need to post pictures, at least for their first few scores. But for established members, it's pretty silly.

Perhaps we could make a high score thread for more than top ten in Daioujou while we are at it.GaijinPunch wrote:Someone can just make a non-pic HS thread.
I thought this forum was supposed to be accepting of all fans of these kind of games and for fun as well. Isn't this elitism kinda opposite of that?

I have no problems with pics for scoreposting !but the charascores with kasumi, midi meidi and shasta are much lower then my lace score and i want to have a scorelist with my topscore .it is more motivation for me to fight in my scorelist to have a new rekord as a empty scorelist.
When i have a new rekord with lace or other chara in my list,i post a pic.For kasumi follow a pic today but my batterie at the camera is empty.

Having two seperate active threads for one game is pretty stupid. Especially when one thread is unsplit but allows bug scores, while the other one is split and disallows bug scores.
Therefore, I won't be posting in either until this matter is resolved.
FYI, Plasmo, from what I hear, the Extend bug doesn't just affect Normal Mode. So you'll have to remove SA Mode scores if you intend to enforce the "no Extend bug" rule.

i thought you had infinite lives in SA anyway?
and we can solve the problem by saying that one thread allows bug scores and the other one doesnt. i really want a bug free table and jpj doesnt want one -> two threads -> no problems
and btw i completely understand jpj that listing character scores for bug and no bug needs way too much tables. (8 + SA and Harder...) it would look rubbish and most of the tables would be empty so maybe this actually is the best way.

Actually, from what I gathered, jpj was just going to flag bug scores on posting, for examplePlasmo wrote:and btw i completely understand jpj that listing character scores for bug and no bug needs way too much tables. Icarus -7,120,330 - ALL (No Bug) - Meidi&Midi (A)
or
Icarus - 9,245,560 - ALL (Bug) - Lace (B)
That way, people can see which ALLs were bug triggered and which weren't.

SA mode has infinite lives glitch activated on the bugged version of the PCB. and only 3 lives, on the fixed version of the PCB.
it's not really a case of i want this, or i want that. i've been asking around, and the general consensus is that people here are happy to have bug-use scores, but labelled as having used the bug. they also want separate character tables. i'm happy to do this as well, as long as people can provide some proof. so people could de-activate score saving, and play with all ships. or keep it activated, but concentrate on 1 or 2 different ships. the only thing i'm not maleable on is the issue of photos. i don't want someone coming straight in at number 2 in the table, after having having the game for a week or so, and no proof. people on the internet do lie and cheat. even now, stahlfeder still has his scores up o the espgaluda table, and that's a real shame.
seriousky though, if you had waited till you bought the game before starting all this, you might have thought differently about it all.
