Image Fight 2 Question

Okay might seen a stupid question, but was Image Fight 2 inthe arcades or was it a PCE exclusive? I cant find it listed even onthe manufacturer list in mame :?

PCE only. Klov has a lot to answer for in misinformation terms...

I thought so.. I also cant find any information regarding Image Fight 2 anywhere.

Um, did Malc's review at the relatively unknown Shmups website not give you enough information? It's definitely not as hard as he says though IMO, easier than the original Image Fight (which isn't saying much, true).

For what it's worth, I really enjoy Image Fight 2 (and even Image Fight 1)... I think they're both more fun than people give them credit for. Both are still tough as nails though. Good games for people who don't mind pounding the continue button to get to the end - you'll have a hell of a time beating them even if you continue a million times.

I totally agree. Relying on a bomb? Tough. In fact, they're both on my top 25 list. No newbie's gonna take out these games anytime soon. :twisted:

You sir, should try out Undead Line. Anyone who can appreciate Image Fight 1 & 2 should be able to endure the controller-hurling difficulty of that game and enjoy it :lol:

I love Image Fight 1, Sure it's rather difficult but I can still enjoy the game 8)

btw did the original Image Fight get a PSX port?

Sure did, it got a compilation release with X-Multiply. The same pack was also released on Saturn.

Thanks Ghegs, X-Multipy I've played via Mame, not sure on the actual concept really atm,
