Hi-Scores up for grabs

Post by Randorama »

I think this is a a sort of farewell into lurk mode on, if this last sentence makes sentence...I have already agreed with CIT to change "owners" for Raiden DX, anyone else wants to take up the mantle for the high-score threads I was handling (low activity ones)?

They should be:

1. Batsugun
2. Rayforce
3. Border Down
4. DonPachi

Others I forgot, probably.

Please move this thread to somewhere else in case.

Oh hey, I'll take Mars Matrix if you're relinquishing all of them.

Ok, they should be:

1. Batsugun
2. Rayforce
3. Border Down
4. DonPachi
5. Darius Gaiden

While others are officially handed over to:

1. Raiden DX --> CIT
2. Mars Matrix --> Rob

Why can't people just do what they usually do? Start up a new thread and tell the mods to lock the old.

Hey Rando, are you talking about the HS or the ST threads?
I'll take the Garegga HS off you if you want.

1. Courtesy.
2. Randorama's signature says (reproduced for when he changes it): "Have i uploaded your score? No? PM me please!" This suggests to interested parties that he is still actively updating the high score threads. Here he is explaining otherwise.

Someone willing in taking care of the Rayforce thread? I feel I'm posting an average score in one or two months!

What about Dai-ou-jou's Death Label?

I seem to be the only one posting scores in there currently (heck, have a new one to put on there tonight, once I can get the dang PS2 hooked up to see the exact number), and it's never updated otherwise....

Such a fun mode, too.

If you can explain me how the codes work, I coul'd bring on the Rayforce scoreboard. I'll pm Randorama for the details, so he will explain in Italian.

I see Rando is probably very busy this days, I'll probably talk with a mod and then open the new Rayforce thread by myself, when I can. Busy today :)

I'll take over Border Down then. I already have Under Defeat, so that'll keep the G.Rev games in good hands. :)

How am I supposed to run the Darius Gaiden thread if I can't edit Zach Keene's original post? This seems like a stupid question.

You create a new thread and copy/paste the scores.

Ok, so I think I can create the new Rayforce SB this week, I'm a bit busy these days with some unexpected things, but I think can make it in a few days.

OK, there seems to be some confusion here. I've been the maintainer of the Darius Gaiden thread for at least this iteration of the forum (Rando started the strategy thread.)

Granted I was a little slow with one of Smraedis's recent scores, but overall I don't think I've been that negligent in maintaining it...

I think Rando was referring to the ST thread in this case.

Border Down (CIT), Battle Garegga (Icarus) and DonPachi (Stuminator) cleared.

Sorry about the Darius Gaiden confusion.
