I know a lot of people have been asking for this, and it looks to have been restocked at Himeya soft. Cost is $19 for the game, which is well worth it in my opinion, however their shipping rates are pretty high.

Just a little heads up........
Don't just dodge bullets, dance around them.

sometime ago Kamui was selling in Paletwab by 17.99...
i think they obtain some copy soon, like Touhou games.

I just noticed perfect cherry blossom and imperishable night are also back in stock. I remember there were quite a few ppl looking for it.

I've heard this is the pinnacle of PC shoot 'em ups. Should I nab this while I can?
Of course, that's just an opinion.
Always seeking netplay fans to play emulated arcade games with.

Yes, you should. You might want to try the demo first.
Keeping in mind that the game was developed to run on Win98 machines makes the game all the more impressive.
