supergun : Pana Twin or Sigma Raijin ?

What is the best supergun between the Pana Twin Long/Pana Custom Long/Pana Twin MP92 or Sigma Raijin ?

They goes for approximately the same price but the pana seems to be only available in used form.
They seems to share the same specs, the only difference seems to be about the sticks and buttons : pana is seimitsu, raijin is sanwa or seimitsu.
Is there some differences when they are used in pure rgb with a scart cable ?
Do they share the same pinout for the video ? As such can a sigma rgb scart cable (18 or 21 pin) be used with a pana ?
