Ever seen the 'best' ending to Galaga 88'?

 I was 7 when this came out. If i had gotten that ending when i was little i would probably have died in a red-faced chuckle fit.

How do you think the decision for this ending came about down at Namco? "Hmm... well, we have regular endings that say something about the Galaga story for all the rest of them. Lets have you get propositioned for sex in the last one!"

I've never been able to finish the game to even worry about what the best ending says, after all those tough battles looks like she wants to give you some relief, the best thing after a long fight.

She's referring to the player as man, and she is the woman, naturally.

Regarding the plural, it could be that "demasculinization" of english spearheaded by those hardcore feminists who lobbied for children's books to be changed (lumberjack=woodcutter. Repairman=technician. And so on. Working Design's Dragon Force specifically refers to a female character as "women". [Seriously, these politically correct harpies must be terribly afraid of the word "man", the Y chromosome, and the p3n1s]), or just plain engrish.

Not likely. After all, there are no girls on the Internet. Anyone claiming to be a girl is actually a 47 year old man with his pants around his ankles. It's been scientifically proven.

Golden! Just called my friend, James to tell him that one and he roffed.

I'm tempted to go out to a bar just to approach an fairly attractive woman and ask her: "How about coming to my place this night?"

She'll either walk away, laugh or say, "Oh my God! You've seen the best ending to Galaga '88?"

You might be able to pull that one off...going to a bar and all. BUT, you'll have to make sure you use your "twitchability" skills to please her. :)

Yeah, TD. Can I borrow your ding-dong and your hotrod?

Oh, yeah and I'd really like to have my copy of Trizeal back someday! I don't even think my combined borrow-time of your 3 PCEngine games adds up to the several months you've had my Trizeal! Fuckin' PLAY it at least! :x

I think the person typing the original phrase of "From now on, I want to be with you as a man and a women" was meaning to say "From now on, I want to be with you as a man and a woman" (grammatically correct sentence structure -- and not Engrish, of course). But you know how Engrish is -- sounds quirky but funny at the very least..... ^_~

Do humans have future? -- final ending phrase from Psyvariar Revision G-Card shmup game.....

Yeah, I think she's probably saying (albeit, a bit awkwardly), that she wants to be a one-man woman.
