Win98 Problems with Saturn USB Pad

Currently I'm trying to use my Saturn Pad (official make) in Windows 98 SE but for whatever reason the calibration is all whacked. When I go to calibrate the crosshair is fidgeting around (and I'm not touching the pad nor should be it messed up as it's brand new) and basically makes playing most games impossible. Any ideas on drivers I should use and or patches than can rectify this?
