What's your favourite bullet colour?
Dodonpachi's pink and blue are my personal favorite!

I used to change the bullet colours in Bakraid quite often, don`t really know why - sometimes to one colour, sometimes just random. Green was the best.
Everything but white is okay with me. I also love Dangun Feverons multi colours. I always wondered if colours make much difference in terms of pattern recognition - especially seing that Cave moved to a single colour in games like Espgaluda or Mushihime (I am talking about on-screen bullets, not the different mode colours in those games). And while I kinda like the patterns in Psykio games, I find them a bit bland looking. Changing from white to purple bullets in Dragon Blaze is nice, though.

I like the pedal bullets from Impreshinable Night and Perfect Cherry Blossoms. R Rootage also has some very pretty multi colored bullets.
Preffered color Green because it show's up best in darkness. And is also one of my favirit colers in general.

The bullets from rRootage can be pretty much any color of the rainbow and it wouldn't make a difference. The background is black with (I think) wireframe green similar to Warning Forever. I like how they are semi-transparent except for the core of the bullet, which is the part that will actually kill you. It makes grazing a lot less frusterating.Dale wrote:I like the pedal bullets from Impreshinable Night and Perfect Cherry Blossoms. R Rootage also has some very pretty multi colored bullets.

Yeah you'd think with bullet hitbox's so small and the ships hitbox being so small that you would hardly ever get hit, but I still end up getting annilated.
Awesome game though. BTW are all the patterns randomly generated and switched Infinetly like Parces47? To me It seems like it does.

No, rRootage is one of Kenta Cho's only games with fixed patterns. Noiz2sa has them if you play the stages instead if endless. Tumiki fighters is fixed. And that's all I can think of off the top of my head. I never have trouble seeing bullets from his games since the backgrounds are always simple and are easy on the eyes.Dale wrote:Yeah you'd think with bullet hitbox's so small and the ships hitbox being so small that you would hardly ever get hit, but I still end up getting annilated.![]()
