You can turn the blur filter off. There's a "smoothing" setting in the screen settings menu.
Upon booting up DDP-RR demo for the very first time, from within the "in-game" sub menu of Screen setting, you'll see the Smoothing option has been been applied automatically on default setting. By turning it off and saving such screen settings upon exiting it, the CPU will remember to apply the last set of screen settings that the end-user chose previously before. This "Smoothing" filter applies to the Steam port of DDP-DFK & DDP-DFK BL stgs as well.

Can anyone confirm in demo if there is way to turn off the fk ugly blur blur BLURRRRR filter??? The screenshots on Steam page look HORRIBLE!~
For reference, here is screenshot I just took of game running on Xenia:
Look at how beautiful & sharp it is!
And a tate 640x480 borderless option, for CRTs? That's the best possible way to display that...

Uploading a demo of nothing new and lots of bugs sounds more like they want unpaid beta testing... Assuming they read feedback. Do they?
Feels like they rushed out a demo for Bullet Fest before it was ready.
Wait, maybe this is not gonna be that bad after all, just noticed who is voicing that new character, its Kikuko Inoue, the game has been saved.

I finally bought the old PC version in the last sale. Wasn't sure if they'd take that version down and make this one the only version available to buy.
I mean, who’s even left? It’s not like the whole dream team that made Ketsui and DOJ are just sitting there waiting for the green light. Cave is just a brand now like SEGA.
