Marking as a rumor only because it's from a person on Blue Sky rather than an official word from either company, but this helps explain why the Steam releases of the Psikyo games are getting delisted.

I asked for a clarification on what this means for the TAKExOFF team that was a joint team by Zerodiv and prior owners City Connection behind the recent Cave and G.rev ports as I'm sure most here know, well it seems like CC kept the core team and is still active:

So it'll be interesting what happens to both Zerodiv under Edia (who you might know for recent retro releases of numerous PC-Engine and such games by Telenet and such), and the remaining TAKExOFF team at City Connection.

From the link above: "The acquisition price was 0 yen, with 1 million yen incurred in advisory fees and other expenses."

That's $6,651.57 USD.

"Did you hear Edia paid $6,600 in advisory fees to acquire ZeroDiv?"

"Really? What advice did they get?"

"They should have kept their money!"
