PatmanQC, best known for those history of all those good video games, recently passed away. A damn shame too, because I loved his videos.

Aww man. That's a bummer. He had a good sense of humor.

I had no idea he had an illness that took its toll on him. I wanted him to do a history on other games like Time Crisis and Virtua Cop before he passed.

He did look pretty old and frail, but I’m still pissed to hear about this.

It's very sad, and he was still pretty young IMO.

However, in these situations, it can help me to understand the context of the situation. It doesn't make it less sad, but it's less shocking.

He came down with a severe case of pneumonia in 2015 that was so bad it required all of his hands and feet to be amputated. Since then, he's been kind of in and out of it. He got very sick again a few months ago and just didn't pull out of it this time.
