SF Bay Area meetup (Sun Apr 27th)

Since I moved to the Bay Area from Spain I miss attending the incredible shmup meets done there. After some time lurking and seeing there's nothing happening here atm (that I know of), perhaps it's time to host myself!
I have 6 setups in my garage (cabs + crt + lcd), and space for around 10 ppl? If you want to hang out and play these games, this might be your chance!

Sun April 27th, 6pm to 12pm (Santa Clara Valley)

I have some goods games around, but feel free to bring any PCB/Hardware you want to play/share

Shine has been really cool to chat with, and has an awesome setup! We're of the same mind to do a "Dave_K" style meetup, ordering some pizzas and sodas and having (friendly) competitions and such! Cave games, Neo Geo MVS, MiSter, and all the goodies are gonna be there

Anyone going back to SF that night? I'm back in the city... I was about to reach out to Dave K. and others and see what was going on. This will save me that hassle. I can always Uber or take a late train.

I suck ass at shmups these days. I've even started calling them shmups. That's how lame I am. My new job has DS: Mega Black Label and like a shit head I've tried playing on all 999, and it's going poorly. If you have a cool platform game that would be nice. The one and only Bay Area meet I went to I 1CC'd Rastan and mic dropped. I doubt that will happen again.

So many games were played and chatted about that we forgot to take cool pics, write hiscores or order pizza. Ford did a great Garegga tutorial, that game needs a PHD!
