Does anyone know what caps are involved in the deflection circuit of a 1440qm PVM ? I can’t tell from service manual.

The 1440 was called 1340 in the US.

It's labeled pretty clearly in the manual.
Pull caps, test, replace the ones out of spec. Bam.

You should only replace defective capacitors or the ones specified in the service bulletins.
