New VERY high quality looking SCART cables from eBay/Tindie seller; could be a GREAT alternative to Retro Access

I've noticed this person's cables on eBay popping up a few times lately - I'm immediately going to be transparent and say I have not personally tried these since I don't use SCART - but judging by the photos: the build quality, shielded internal wiring & attentive/clean circuitry inside of their cables (the ones which require such things, such as their Dreamcast cable) really look phenomenal. Most of their cables also seem to offer any type of sync you want in a drop-down menu too (sync on luma, video-level csync, TTL csync, sync on composite video)

If someone tries these out and they're as great as they look, perhaps some word-of-mouth could get spread and allow this person to step up operations to a larger scale & be a great alternative to Retro Access (for those people who want their cables BULKY, hand-made and built like tanks).

I'll still be over here using 3 foot VGA-style cables for my consoles, but I think this fella definitely looks to be worth a shot! You're going to want to look at their sold listings to see the full spectrum of the variety they offer. But for convenience's sake, I'll link some!

...only qualm here is that it seems they haven't dipped their toes into (non-Dreamcast) SEGA console cables. The Dreamcast cable also isn't one of those ones with the 15/31kHz switch, but whatever. I think such cables are fuckin' stupid anyway (though I know they're primarily used for OSSC/RT5X et al for LPFs).

Wish this guy well!

It's awesome to have a Euro scart cable with a 15kHz/31kHz switch, especially with a DC console hooked up to a scart to jamma pcb fed into a low-res 15.7kHz endowed candy cab. Of course, the Sega Naomi arcade motherboard has a switch for outputting in either 15.7kHz or 31kHz as well.

I don't think I have it in me to wish the 50k Ikegami HTM-1990r guy well. It's cool to see another option though even if it is a very limited one.

The reason Dreamcast cables have those switches isn't because of the lack of LPF on the VGA port of the OSSC. It is because the Dreamcast does not support VGA 480p mode for the entire library. Plus some people are using these cables with 15khz only CRT setups.
