ps360+ latency on pc?

Heya folks! I am just wondering what the input latency is for the ps360+ board in 360 mode on my pc? Jw if its bad enough its effecting my gameplay lol I am practicing enough at some stuff that I think I can feel it getting in the way so wanted to get a sanity check more or less!
