I have to go with NMK. Thunder Dragon 2 is just fun. I'd rather play Gunnail over any Toaplan game other than maybe Outzone honestly.

Lots of love for NMK here too. I only wish they had a slightly more talented art dept. I can't think of anyone else, other than Yotsubane/Clover TAC or whoever developed Crimzon Clover. I only wish the likes of M2 would take those guys under their wing.
