Does Table Code not work here anymore, or needs updating?

Just in my bio/signature (no zuo no die) I noticed my 1CC achievement table code seems to be working anymore/broken. I had a look at it but I can't see what's wrong specifically. If anyone can help that would be nice. I like to keep it orderly.

There was a recent update to new forum software and the switch necessitated a change in the table code. Tables still work it's just the formatting is a bit more complex. Tables that are still using the old code will seem to "disappear" from the post because they can't display correctly, but the data is still present when you quote or edit the post.

This forum thread goes over the new formatting and I think there's even a tool to automate switching the formatting (I've not used it myself so can't help there):
