Extron RGB 203 Rxi (and similar) for shifting picture

Hi all,

am I right in saying that devices like the RGB 203 Rxi only enable you to vertically/horizontally shift inputted RGB video (RGBHV, RGBS, RGsB, RsGsBs, etc) and not component (YPbPr) video? It can't output component either?

If so, is there a device which'd allow the same for component video?

Usually works with any signal, RGB, Component, S-Video, Composite. The later three are handled just like RGsB (sync on green), so you'd be using the Green input for Luma or Composite.
