DVI + Audio to HDMI... suggestions?

Hi,

So I have a (custom) TTX2 that outputs graphics on DVI and audio on digital coaxial (as well as 3.5mm standard audio jack).
Can anyone recommend an HDMI adapter that will embed the digital audio?
There are plenty audio extractors... I just need the reverse.
DVI or HDMI input, doesn't really matter as DVI-HDMI passive adapters/cables are no issue...

Anyone have any suggestions? These don't seem to be too common, or just very expensive.

I use the Black Box AEMEX-HDMI-R2, there are some on ebay for under $50. The output is a little loud but it works really well from my testing.
