I have a 1-chip snes pal that refuses to turn on. Basically, I installed voultar's rgb bypass to improve the video output and I also replaced the capa c11 to eliminate the ghosting effect.
The operation went well and when I tested the console without screwing everything back properly I had a beautiful picture. So I reassembled the console in the proper way. But when I turned it on again: no signal, no picture, no sound, the led doesn't light up anymore.
I tested with another power supply and on another plug, without success. I took the measurements at the connection of the power supply on the pcb and on T1 and I had 9v (10 and some in truth...).
I then tested the fuse which turned out to be very bad. After ordering a new one and as I read here and there, I made a bridge with a cable in place of the old fuse. From what I understood the console should work like that but it was still not the case. I had the LED light up for a microsecond but then nothing.
So any help is welcome.
Thanks a lot.

This is a bad idea. If the new fuse blew immediately, that tells you right away you have a short circuit or component somewhere. You need to troubleshoot.I made a bridge with a cable in place of the old fuse
