No doubt someday M2 will port Ibara, but for now they need to pull their finger out and get us some Toaplan games they promised us! :P

Don't worry the first Toaplan games are going to start coming in 2020. Just a little longer.

They're busy with the Sega Pico mini and the next Sega Ages featuring Sonic The Hedgehog and Fantasy Zone till 2024.

That wouldn't surprise me... the PS5 and Xbox Series X have been out barely six months, so Sega Mega Drive / Genesis Classics Collection has got to be just around the corner, no self-respecting console generation would be without one.

Nice! Then I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that they're also doing Space Harrier collection with every version of Space Harrier ever made including Game Gear.

They already did. Though sadly not every version, as it's missing the 32x revision and maybe a Tomy LCD handheld version or something.
But it does include 3D glasses for the full Master System effect!

That's why I'm always a little mystified every time they decide to do yet another Space Harrier, Outrun or Fantasy Zone lol. Someone at Sega or M2 really loves those games. I hear the sales in Japan for the last round of Sega Ages games were well below expectations. I think the consensus is that people want to start seeing some more recent games and more stuff that hasn't already been ported 15 times. M2 even teased that they would be doing Naomi stuff this time saying they already had one game running. I was stoked to get the Technosoft stuff, Gain Ground, Virtua Racing and Shinobi this time around though.

Yeah right lol. There's actually more to it than that. They also have to copy Final Burn Alpha on there.
