Sony PVM/BVM without a fan?

Is there a PVM or BVM that doesn't have a factory installed fan?

Nearly every single one of them. I've never owned a PVM that had a factory installed fan, and my only BVM's which have a fan it's actually built into an optional card (which I always pull out ~1/8" so the card is disabled and the fan turns off as the sound is annoying).

The BKM-142HD has a (relatively loud) fan that runs even in standby mode. If you have one installed and don’t use SDI, try pulling it out.

I had no idea some don't have fans. I had one for a short while with a loud fan.
