New Trailer released for TGS!

This is starting to look like the Cotton equivalent of Ninja Warriors Once Again. Redrawn sprites, new background, new elements... practically a whole new game. Everything about the trailer shows off a great deal of promise, from the reworked UI to the expressive new sprite animations and backgrounds.

Look at that arrange mode, and the absurd multipliers you're wracking up! Cotton 1 with a scoring system? Now that's pretty wild eh
The Strike Witches font on the new scoring elements is kinda cute. You see who's lending their helping hand.

Unless otherwise, Strictly Limited does their own publishing/printing. An example, The Ninja Warriors Once Again (The Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors) had separate physical releases by Strictly Limited and ININ games.

I'm guessing there'll be a massively delayed and overpriced SLG release alongside a budget regular retail release. That seems to be ININ's M.O. by now.

That's why I went with play-asia. There is no reason to shell out for muh-teacup when I can actually have the game a month after it comes out, as opposed to 7 months.

Besides is English truly necessary? I remember the script to Cotton 1, on the pc engine. It's all

For similar reasons, I got the Switch Japanese version, if a US version comes out, my Japanese one will update with the English translation.

Pre-orders have gone up on SLG, and as expected it's a doozy at €129.99.

Better off just buying the Japanese LE and nabbing some store tokuten like the alternate cover at BEEP.

Ohh, it's a redraw of the OG cotton.
Never played it.
Just the Saturn (loved them) and Dreamcast one (beautiful but not as great as Boomerang).
I assume the 1991 OG plays almost exactly like Cotton 2 and Boomerang ?

It includes the Sharp X68k port as well as a remaster of Cotton. The Sharp port is an enhanced version of the arcade release.

I wouldn't say it was massively overpriced (€39.99), but nothing but silence from SLG today while you guys are getting your Asian orders shipped...>_>
