I know it is a silly request of them, but I would love to see the BB Base (bicycle specific train) In a Densha de Go! game someday. Still, this looks really good and I hope they do release it outside of Japan.

I've been kind of curiously interested in this weird and goofy series for a while now, so this news piques that interest. I'll have to give it a (densha de) go especially if it has some English language support.

Does Tetsu-chan say stuff like "Super Synco" in the actual games?

btw, there's a new excellent Old Game Box video teaching how to master train stops on these games.

A few days ago i found Taito had an arcade cab designed to play the vodafone games they released 19 years ago.
Some of those DDG!3D games were developed by G.rev, hope they can be playable someday.

This weekend Taito announced a new densha de go plug and play system, this time with a port of Densha de Go! Shinkansen

Even if the title says its a port of EX, the Wii update of that game, this seems to be based on the original ps2 version (that was later ported to pc) with some exclusive content from EX.

Too bad Shinkansen DDG is considered the most ZZZ game on this series. I would have been super hyped about it if they have ported DDG Professional 2 instead.
